Arrival & Departure
Check-in: Our guests can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: We ask our guests to leave the vacation home by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Final cleaning
We charge a one-off fee of € 55 for the final cleaning of our vacation homes.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
100% of the deposit paid is refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival or earlier. 50% of the deposit paid is refundable if canceled 7 days prior to arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled later. 25% deposit is due on the day of booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of early departure we charge 100% of the booked stay.
Pets
You are welcome to bring your pet with you by prior arrangement. Pets are allowed in the Varg and Björn vacation home.

Electricity consumption
From November to March we charge the exact units (meters) for electricity for each vacation home.
